Dr. Sibel Toper is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She enjoys treating all patients from newborns to adolescents and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Sibel Toper completed her Pediatric Residency and Neonatology Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been practicing in Michiana since 2005. Her special interest is newborn health.

Dr. Ziya Toper is Board Certified in Pediatrics. He enjoys treating all patients from newborns to adolescents and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Ziya Toper began practicing in Michiana area in 2001 after completing his Pediatric Residency and General Academic Pediatrics Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His special interests include asthma, ADHD and childhood obesity.

Hilary is a nationally board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center specializing in Pediatrics and will be practicing at the Pediatric Associates of Michiana with Dr. Sibel and Dr. Ziya Toper, M.D. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Georgetown University in 2014.

Hilary has prior experience as a nurse practitioner in both Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. She is comfortable working with Pediatric patients from newborn through adolescence and looks forward to working with families to help promote pediatric wellness.
